WebMantarays is without a doubt the best hotel in Exmouth, unfortunately that doesn't mean much, as most of the accomodation in Exmouth is made up of caravan parks. Not sure how this hotel is rated as 4.5 stars, perhaps when it opened it was at a higher standard. The hotel and rooms are nice enough.
