Doc advised cutting down to 75+ 37.5 but this made me feel awful! So sick and dizzy! I stuck with it for 2 weeks but decided that I would go cold turkey as it couldn't be any worse and yo be honest it really wasnt! WebI'm concerned by some of the posts with doctors hiking people up to high doses extremely quickly and surprise surprise, they're miserable. It's not a race. My doctor admitted that he has people on 37.5mg and it works for them. People state here that 75mg is THE therapeutic dose. Generally that may be the case but for some people like myself ...
