WebMar 17, 2024 · I got the 55A8H today, connected my cable set top box through HDMI cable to HDMI1 side port of the TV. Whatever I watch, horizontal black bands at top and bottom remain and I find the screen format selection menu options all greyed out in Settings, hence unable to change.
